I bought this after trying a few fitness planning apps that were either glitchy, or required way too much programming to simply set up plans to follow and track weights/levels. I just wanted something to identify what I needed to do for a workout, and tell me what level/weight/rep count I did last time. I have a couple workouts that are more than 10 excercises, and I just use the notes area for the overflow, (with plenty of room for actual notes) and I keep track of the HIIT classes I take in the extra cardio areas, and so 5 days of workouts can be tracked on three pages.(I don’t list warmup or stretches, because those don’t vary for me)I fill it out with the excercises and weights in the left column before I go to the gym. When I get there I fill in the weight rep part and note in which order I did the machines, so I can track whether that impacts my performance.Since I only need this for workouts, it’s the perfect size and setup for me.
